Privacy policy

Our principle

This site sets no advertising cookies, uses no third-party trackers, and embeds no fonts, scripts or social buttons loaded from an external server. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Data we collect

When you pay online. We collect your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the reference and amount of the transaction. This is used to issue the receipt and invoice, and to match the payment to your file. Legal basis: performance of the contract and accounting obligations.

Card details. These are entered directly on Banque Zitouna's servers through ClicToPay. We never have access to them. We retain only the transaction identifier returned by the bank.

When you write to us. The content of your message and your contact details, for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any commercial relationship that follows.

Technical logs. Our host keeps connection logs containing IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention.

Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising. It is disclosed only to:

• Banque Zitouna and Société Monétique Tunisie, to process payments;
• Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider;
• our accountant and, where required, the tax authorities, under legal obligations.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our processing takes place in Tunisia, a country outside the European Union. Transfers from the Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. To be confirmed with your adviser, alongside the contractual documentation for your European clients.

Retention periods

• Accounting records and payment evidence: ten years, as required by law.
• Commercial exchanges with no follow-up: three years from the last contact.
• Host technical logs: per Cloudflare's policy.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Write to privacy@qararinsight.com; we respond within one month.

If you reside in the European Union, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Tunisia, the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel is competent.
